How do I return an item?
At CanadaSatellite.ca, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. All products we sell are brand new (unless stated otherwise) and carry full manufacturer warranty. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. Merchandise purchased from CanadaSatellite.ca may be returned either to our store or by mail within 7 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.
Once your order arrives, you have 7 days to confirm that it’s in 100% working condition. If the unit is defective, please contact customer support by emailing us from our contact page or calling us at 1-855-552-2623.
All returns / exchanges / refunds will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking / transfer fee on unopened items and minimum 50% restocking fee for opened merchandise.
New-in-box defects if reported immediately are not subject to restocking fees.
All RMAs are subject to a minimum $125 tech fee.
Please allow a minimum of 21 working days for processing your refund / exchange. This includes in store and online purchases.
We will not offer returns, credit or exchanges on
a) satellite dishes, satellite dish systems, permanent or mobile, or
b) any items without all original contents and packaging (all cds, cables, accessories).
c) cable, custom orders
d) satellite phones, satellite internet terminals, accessories, prepaid satellite airtime
e) early rental returns
Defective products are an exception. Manufacturer defects are often covered directly by the manufacturer on an item to item basis. If you would like clarification on who will resolve your defective product case let us know by email or phone.
Satellite Dishes - Dishes and LNBs purchased from us are brand new and insured for full value during shipping. We do not accept returns on dishes, however, we do guarantee all LNBs for one year if defective.
